Danya Wins 3-year High Impact Prevention Contract with Centers for Disease Control and Prevention
Silver Spring, Maryland (August 5, 2015)—Danya International, Inc. (Danya), a communications, research, and technology company, recently won a 3-year contract to continue to provide communication, planning, training coordination, and logistical support services to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention’s (CDC) High Impact Prevention (HIP) approach for HIV prevention in the United States.
CDC, through its Capacity Building Branch (CBB), strives to strengthen the capacity of community-based organizations, healthcare organizations, and health departments to implement the HIP approach, which aims to achieve the greatest possible reductions in HIV infections by making sure that resources go to regions, populations, and prevention strategies where they will have the greatest impact. Danya has served as a trusted partner on CDC’s HIP approach since 2011. The services we deliver on behalf of CBB under the HIP project support the workforce’s ability to implement CDC’s strategies to combat HIV.
For this contract, Danya has engaged leading software developer Mobomo for mobile application development expertise.
